The project is to give life to a seated diner around a beach, a beach landscape replacing plates, cutlery, tablecloth. The edible créations are integrated in the beach landscape with waves sculpture, pebble, plants, rocks, shells… The beach is such a treasure of natural objects that the idea was to use them directly as a part of this table and become the frame to the chef Jeremy Galvan. An oyster, a peeble, a fish net, seaweed, a piece of wood… are a conversation with the chef cooking strongly inspirated by nature. With this work of beach picking the idea is add a second poetic reading, with twisted food supports. Some of them are “flying”, some are cutted, some re in porcelain. This beach is a showcase for the food hidden and spread all over. Beyond simple food supports the project mix the table and the food in a whole sensory experience. The floor is covered with sand, this offer a continuity between the table and the guest steps.
