The project is to collaborate with the Chef Jeremie Galvan on a vegetable diner. The food is presented in bite size scattered on the tables transformed in a flower bed on grass. The food is hidden behind the leafs, in levitation on steel leafs. The colors of the chef comestible creations are fused with floral arrangement of the table to create a vegetable edible landscape. Created like a three dimensions table, flowers deconstruct the idea of the traditional diner with cutlery, plates and tablecloth. Guests are invited to live a totaly new culinary experience to shake the fine dining codes.
